The Five of Us, Spring 2014

Mama and Pence

Remember the little girl Mama we were praying for a family for a few months ago? Well, in case you haven't been keeping up over at Amy's blog, Mama is home (well, in the hospital in Portland). Amy posted a pic of their family when they first met Mama at Firestone Hospital on her blog and guess who jumped in? Yep, the Ambassador to the Pediatric Ward! :) I love Pence's big, playful smile in this pic--you can tell he thinks he's so cute and clever!

Soon that'll be me and Aaron standing where Amy and Donnie are, surrounded by the nurses, holding Pea, with Pence right by our sides.

I'm so glad that Mama is home and receiving the care she needs. While Pence looks so great, Mama looks so fragile (lest you think the real Mama--the girl inside that shell--is fragile, go read Amy's posts about her attitude!). Amy and Donnie--you guys are GREAT parents! And, thanks for the "accidental" pic of my little man!

Talk To Me

I blog for myself and my kids and I would do it even if no one else cared, but I do like to hear from you (and think it's a wee bit creepy of you to voyeurize us without my knowing it). So, please leave a comment from time to time, or email me anytime at xawilsons@hotmail.com. Much obliged, I'm sure.
