Jealousy

Since it's Dec. 1st and Becky left such a lovely comment in my first post today, I thought I'd give you a two-fer today. Generous, huh?

So, the topic for the two-fer is jealousy. First of all, as inspired by Becky's comment, I thought I ought to tell you that's my all-natural hair color. For reals! (My sis says I'm too old to say that. Hmmph.) Not one drop of bleach or other "treatment" in those tresses. Jealous?! I thought so! Hee hee!

So, today Punk learned to "put his pee-pees and poopies in the potty!" So, obviously, he was getting a lot of attention in the learning process, which of course led to more jealousy than ever from Sissy. At 3 and 1/2, it's a pretty simple training process and he hasn't had an accident all afternoon. We'll see how the next few days go. Then, depending on her interest, we might try Pea on the potty.

Well, the meatloaf and mashers (and green/yellow beans for well-roundedness) turned out nicely and the pie is finishing up it's bake time. All the running of the oven has taken the chill off the snowy day and the comfort food is so, well, comforting! I feel so cozy and home-y!

Talk To Me

I blog for myself and my kids and I would do it even if no one else cared, but I do like to hear from you (and think it's a wee bit creepy of you to voyeurize us without my knowing it). So, please leave a comment from time to time, or email me anytime at xawilsons@hotmail.com. Much obliged, I'm sure.
