So, today was Aaron's birthday. I feel like I should be writing a beautiful tribute to my very best match in the whole wide world. In fact, I tried. And gave up. I just can't describe in words how great my guy is. So, I'll just leave it at that. He doesn't read my blog (unless I tell him to) anyway. :)

We didn't do much to celebrate since my mom was supposed to be here at 10:30 tonight. I say "supposed to" because her plane was delayed. She's now due in just after midnight. Uuuurgh. So, I'm trying to keep myself awake until I need to leave to grab her. Thank goodness the airport is only 10 minutes away.

So, we'll celebrate with filet mignon tomorrow. But, we did gifts tonight. Punky could NOT wait, even though they weren't his presents! He helped me pick them out, and then helped me wrap them. But, he bounced around the couch next to his dadders, a white water river of energy, tearing wrapping paper, and "What's in there? What's in that package, Dadders? Open it. What's in it?!" I told Aa I didn't care if he exchanged everything we bought, I just wanted to have that experience with Punk! He just loves gifts--no matter whom they are for (I really am sorry for being overly concerned with grammar on a BLOG, but I am who I am).

Okay, so what else can I do to keep myself (yawn!) awake for mom... hmmm. Maybe I need to find more blogs to stalk! ;)
